My philosophy is that their is a time for western medicine, but it is most effective to combine treatment with holistic healing - what our bodies have responded to since the beginning of time. Listen to your body when you feel an onset of pain, and stop the activity to prevent further damage. Treatment can start with RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, and a Elevation) to relieve pain, reduce swelling, and speed recovery. Go to a doctor for neck and spinal column injuries, and possible broken bones. Then set up an appointment with me to aid with the healing process.
